The RoleAs the Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for: - Customer support: Advising Respona’s customers, who are SEO professionals, on how to improve their campaign performance. - Creating educational materials for customers: Creating YouTube videos, blog posts, documents, and ebooks, to help them get more value from Respona. - Customer account management: Educating and retaining customer accounts from the moment they become a paying customer, including onboarding and quarterly strategy calls. This includes building relationships with users to expand their usage of Respona across different departments. - General support: Managing intercom chat support during working hours. - Team collaboration: Working closely with the engineering team to improve the user experience and maintain the highest quality of service in the industry. - Sales calls and lead conversion: Supporting Farzad on sales calls and converting leads into paying customers.

The Person - You have 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles , helping customers through various issues/questions. - 2-4+ years of experience working at a SaaS company in the Digital PR/Link Building/SEO space. - You are flexible and available during the Eastern US timezone (1pm - 10pm) - You are fluent in English and a great communicator. - You are comfortable having live calls with users to help them get the best use out of the platform. - You are customer-oriented with the will to put customers first. You are calm, patient, and cordial with users, no matter their level of technical proficiency. - Marketing knowledge in the field of SEO is not required, but it’s a plus.

Salary and BenefitsSalary range: - R35,000 - R40,000 per month
