Our client, a leading global IT consulting company, is recruiting for a Project Manager - Roof Locations to join their business in Germany.

Position Title:	Project Manager - Roof Locations
Position Type:	Permanent
Start Date:	ASAP
Location:	Ratingen or Munich or Home Office

Job Description

Project management for the construction of new mobile phone rooftop sites (rooftop sites)
Controlling the activities of subcontractors and checking the content of technical documentation
Technical support when concluding contracts with general contractors
Constant monitoring and improvement of established processes
Analysis, evaluation and visualization of the data on the progress of the project as well as the current cost development
Monitoring and support of construction activities in individual cases on site (nationwide)

Job Requirements

Completed studies in the field of construction or economics or comparable
Several years of professional experience in handling and building cell phone towers on roofs
Very good knowledge and experience in project management for mobile communications solutions on roofs (rooftop sites)
Assertiveness and communication skills
Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and Power Point)
Fluent written and spoken German as well as good English skills
