Senior Software Engineer

We're actively seeking an experienced Software Engineer to become an integral part of our rapidly expanding engineering team. Currently comprised of 5 engineers, you'll collaborate closely with our technical leadership - CEO, CTO, and fellow engineers - to craft pivotal software solutions with substantial impact on both our users and business trajectory.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an early team member to play a pivotal role in sculpting our platform from its inception.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with leadership and team members to prioritize and execute our product roadmap effectively.
• Design, develop, and take ownership of complex features or software components.
• Deliver code that's not only robust and scalable but also rigorously tested.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices, laying the groundwork for a high-performing tech team and its culture.
• Work hand-in-hand with Design and Operation teams to iteratively enhance our platform's functionality and user experience.

Skills And Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• At least 1+ years of involvement in system design or architecture, encompassing areas such as architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling.

Bonus Points (Not Required!):

• Prior experience in startups or thriving in unstructured environments.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS products, analytics, or constructing tools tailored for Finance teams.
• Exposure to and interest in Finance, particularly within FP&A realms.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 annually
