マーケティング部門から連携されるユーザーストーリーに基づく、新プロダクト(アイジェントX:AI
パーソナライゼーションプラットフォーム)における開発プロジェクトのマネジメント業務をお任せい
たします。

や開発案件のキャッチアップをして頂きます。

【必須】
●アジャイル開発でのPjM経験
●システム開発プロジェクトでのPMもしくはPLとしてのご経験
●スクラムマスターとしての実務経験
●何らかのシステム開発経験
●英語スキル(外国人メンバーとのやりとりは英語で行われます)

[Job Description]
We are looking for a Project Manager to manage the development of a new product (Agent X: AI Personalization Platform) based on user stories provided by the Marketing department.
[Responsibilities]
Under the supervision of the department manager, the Project Manager will familiarize themselves with the internal service and system, development process, roadmap, and development projects shortly after joining the company.
Architectural design and development required for the development of our system
Keeping up with the latest technology, tools, and frameworks used in our system
Building a backend system that can handle large amounts of data
[Required Experience and Skills]
[Essential]
Experience as a Project Manager in agile development
Experience as a PM or PL in system development projects
Practical experience as a Scrum Master
Some experience in system development
English language skills (communication with foreign members will be in English)

Agile development experience in our own service
