Your missions

We're seeking highly skilled AI engineering candidates to join our dynamic startup. Our focus is on revolutionizing retrieval augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, constantly pushing boundaries and discovering new features and limitations alongside our clients.

Requirements

As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate directly with the founding members to enhance our core RAG pipeline continually. This involves iterating on the evaluation suite and implementing cutting-edge techniques like fine-tuning cross-encoders. Additionally, you'll benefit from the guidance of prominent academics in the field, including advisors like Douwe Kiela, the original RAG paper author.
