What will you be doing in this role:**
The Lead Epic Inpatient Analyst is responsible for overseeing and leading the implementation or operates as a cross-functional application domain leader for Orders, ClinDoc, ASAP, & Stork. Responsible for leading team members in the planning, structuring, and monitoring of projects and work assignments. Provides deep clinical operations and systems subject matter build expertise in application. Ensures cross functional integration of projects and assignments.
- Leads vertical customers and consensus building activities of end users, operational leaders, physicians, and designated staff for the purpose of end-user application implementation. Lead recommendation discussions in governance committee meetings by providing demos and expert knowledge to facilitate decision making.
- Leads horizontal customers/end users through consensus building across EIS functions to resolve major issues affecting all CS-Link (and other application) teams. Helps set standards around domain expertise for all teams.
- Performs the larger, more complex, and technical assignments/ projects. Lead EIS workgroups and project discussions.
- Assigns and oversees the analysis, implementation and testing of updates, changes, and maintenance to Inpatient modules. Ensures end-users/business owners are notified.
- Assign configuration, build, and team assignments.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
Six (6) plus years of Epic Orders (preferred), ClinDoc, and/or ASAP build/implementation experience.
Experience in leading, supervising and developing a team.
Strong project management experience.
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. **
Educational/Certification Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or technical field. (preferred)
Epic Orders Certification required. Preferred in one or more of the following modules: Orders, Order Transmittal, ClinDoc, Stork, and/or ASAP.
