Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Executive Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive support to our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and contributing to various business functions. The ideal candidate will transition seamlessly between traditional executive assistant responsibilities and more project-oriented tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage COO's email inbox, answer phone calls, and handle basic administrative tasks.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing projects, writing project memos, and overseeing project management tools.
  • Research: Conduct research on various topics, including new software tools, HR matters, and industry trends.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Play a role in coordinating recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and managing relevant documentation.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various business processes.
  • Personal Assistance: Handle personal tasks such as trip planning and appointment scheduling as needed.
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools like Notion, Airtable, and G-suite for effective project and task management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Airtable).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and responsibilities.
  • Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
