Overview 

InMobi Exchange (IX) is one of the largest mobile ad exchanges in the world with a global footprint of tens of thousands of mobile applications generating nearly 100 billion ad impressions a month. InMobi is looking for a product leader to drive this vision by solving some of the hardest problems faced by the ad tech ecosystem today. In the role of a Sr. PM within InMobi Exchange, you will build and manage platforms to drive direct demand onboarding via advertisers, agencies and holding companies. You will also lead the overall ecosystem strategy on the buy side which encompasses many strategic partnerships such as data platforms, reseller platforms and sales enablement tools.  

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to create and execute product strategies that align with market demands and business objectives. Your expertise in the ad-tech industry, combined with your leadership and analytical skills, will play a crucial role in shaping our products' success.  

This is a stratospheric impact role as your work will directly define the next generation of a billion-dollar business and will set you on an accelerated path of product leadership in the enterprise and ad-tech space. You will report to the VP of Product for IX within a broader organization consisting of product marketing and partner management functions.    

 

The impact you’ll make 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for our InMobi Exchange products, in line with the company's strategic goals and market trends. 
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing and customer success teams to gather feedback from clients and translate it into actionable product improvements and features.
  • Gather and document detailed product requirements, ensuring they are well-defined, feasible, and covers all business use cases.
  • Work closely with the engineering and design teams to oversee the product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between various teams to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of the product vision, progress, and upcoming releases.  

 

The experience we need 

  • 5+ years proven experience as a Product Manager in the Advertising technology industry, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing digital advertising products. 
  • Deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including ad exchanges, programmatic advertising, audience targeting, RTB mechanics. 
  • Familiarity with various Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and their functionalities to be able to collaborate effectively with partners and optimize strategies to maximize ROI. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
  • Experience with Agile product development methodologies is preferred. 
  • Creative problem solver with a strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.  
  • Ability to hustle and solve problem and must have a strong sense of ownership.      
  • Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills. Excellent communication skills  
  • MUST have the drive to rapidly adapt to an ever-changing ecosystem  
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience. An MBA or M.S. degree is plus.

We determine compensation based on a wide variety of factors including role, nature of experience, skills and location. 

The base salary (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $201,763 USD to $288,233USD (min to max of base salary pay range). This salary range is in applicable for our offices located in California and New York*In addition, an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus / sales incentive, as deemed per policy in addition to fixed compensation.  

*Our ranges may vary basis final location / region / or fully remote roles in accordance to the geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country. 

In addition to cash compensation, based on the position, an InMobian can receive equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units.
