•Performs First Article Inspection on Sub-assembly and panel level units.
•Generates, completes and submits FAI Report on multiple product.
•Supports LPA (Layered Process Audit).
•Responsible for NCR reviews and develops recommendation for corrective actions.
•Supports/Joins Quality investigations for quality improvement encountered in Operations (such as SGA, 3C and other Quality Solving Problem Tools)
•Validates internal non-conforming products.
•Joins Quality Clinic Review as Cross Functional Team
•Spearhead cross functional team meetings in resolving issues encountered.
•Able to review, update and generate Quality Documentation
•Can do EASA for components and sub assembly.
•Spearhead cross functional team meetings in resolving issues encountered.
•Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Graduate of any Engineering Course
•Minimum 4 years experience as a Quality personnel
•Strong communication skills (written and oral)
•Experience in manufacturing assembly process
•High proficiency in problem-solving methodologies
•Organizational skill with the ability to handle multiple priorities
•High proficiency in MS Office applications
•Can work with minimum Supervision
