A cross-media transformation agent, based in Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica and Mexico, that provides centralized expertise of all Publicis Global Services' capabilities to enable consistent and standardized delivery across Media, Production, Commerce, Content, Data & Technology.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Lead Art Director.

  • Strong conceptual thinker capable of creating campaigns and projects across media channels.
  • Expert in art direction with solid design skills.
  • Real hands-on experience with social media campaigns, above-the-line advertising, content creation, printed collateral/signage and leading photo shoots.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Patient, positive, flexible and ego-free.
  • Ready to get after it whether the project starts with a tight creative brief, minimal direction or somewhere in between.
  • Able to travel internationally 2-3 times per year.

 

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Clients are Cross-Regional Stellantis brands (primarily Ram and Dodge in LATAM, North America and the Middle East). The Sr. AD will be part of our Ram Creative Team and report to a CD and VP/GCD. The majority of projects are created with our Detroit-based clients and then adapted by other regions around the world.  Projects include:

  • social media campaigns and posts
  • signage for live events
  • above-the-line advertising campaigns (TV, print, OOH)
  • photo shoots

 

    Qualifications

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Lead Art. AD will:

    • concept and create work for social media, above-the-line and content creation
    • work on multiple projects simultaneously
    • actively execute the work (designing, comping, etc.)
    • present work internally to senior creative leadership and externally to clients
    • pitch current and new clients for new business
