Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Purchase Manager, Office Assistant, Operation Manager, Sales Supervisor and Online Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. This role requires a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies across digital platforms.
1. Purchase Manager:
- Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
- Analyse market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and manage inventory levels efficiently.
2. Office Assistant:
- Provide administrative support to the office, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and maintaining expense records.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating repairs when necessary.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
3. Operation Manager:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity across all departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow and minimize errors.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall performance.
- Coordinate with department heads to streamline processes and resolve operational issues promptly.
4. Sales Supervisor:
- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales staff, helping them improve their selling techniques and customer service skills.
- Develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
5. Online Marketing Manager:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online traffic.
- Manage website content, including product descriptions, images, and promotional offers.
- Oversee social media channels and engage with followers to enhance brand reputation and customer loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze online marketing campaigns to measure performance and optimize results.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
