Job Overview

We are seeking a Placement Coordinator to join our team at Tech Vibe Academy. As a Placement Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting students in finding employment opportunities after completing their IT training. This role requires excellent communication and networking skills to establish connections with potential employers and organize placement activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 1-3 years of experience in placement coordination or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of the IT industry and employment trends
• Familiarity with resume writing and interview preparation techniques
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist students in securing employment opportunities based on their skills and interests
• Develop and maintain relationships with a network of employers to generate placement opportunities
• Coordinate with employers to understand their hiring needs and match them with suitable candidates
• Organize placement activities such as job fairs, campus interviews, and career development workshops
• Provide guidance to students on resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies
• Track and report the progress of placements to management and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and job market demands to effectively assist students
