HOURS: 8:00 AM 5:00 CST (Could be flexible. This is a global team and there will be meetings outside of these hours that need to be attended)

SCJ requires a resource who will meet the following job description:


Autopilot configuration of Windows endpoints

Proficient in Microsoft Intune administration


Support migrations to Windows 10/11


Maintain device compliance using Microsoft Endpoint manager


Ensure that incident tickets and outages are responded to and resolved in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)


Design, build, test, deploy and support Windows 10/11 deployments using Intune and Modern Deployment Methologies (Autopilot, Zero Touch)


Continuously document and review recommended best practices to aide in continuous improvement and decreasing Mean Time to Repair (MTTR)


Deploy Intune configurations, policies and settings for Windows 10/11 in an Intune managed infrastructure


Provide escalated technical support for Tier I and Tier II technical personnel


Maintenance of Intune policies, baselines, and conditional access rules for Windows 10/11


Experience in device compliance and reports/ Log Analytics


Analyze incident ticket statistics to provide recommendations on ways to eliminate any developing negative trends.


Inform team members and managers of important issues and information which will enhance client satisfaction and team performance.


Monitor the performance of the desktop infrastructure and make suggestions for improving efficiency


Contribute in the testing and development of training material, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) associated with new products, services and equipment.


Work with internal and external resources to accurately test enhancements.


Perform training for Tier I and Tier II technical personnel

Support migrations to iOS/Android and Mac OSX using Intune and\or JAMF

Maintenance of JAMF configurations, policies and settings for MAC OS

Design, build, test, deploy and support iOS, Android, MAC OS deployments using Intune and/or JAMF and Modern Deployment Metholodies (Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise & Zero Touch)

Deploy Intune configurations, policies and settings iOS, and Android devices in an Intune managed infrastructure

Deploy JAMF configurations, policies and settings for MAC OS

Maintenance of Intune policies, baselines, and conditional access rules for iOS, and Android
