This role will be a key part of the Philippines Aftermarket finance team that will support Cost functions for Global Aftermarket.
The following are his / her responsibilities:
 

  • Leading a team of 5 responsible for Costing for Global Aftermarket (4 Company’s) 
  • Responsible for managing the ITC for Global Aftermarket, Annual Cost roll for Philippines Aftermarket and Regional Distribution Center
  • Responsible for the review of E&O position for Global Aftermarket
  • Responsible for Inventory analysis for Global Aftermarket
  • Review of Cycle Count report for PH and RDC
  • Review metrics on Global Inventory Intake and PPV 
  • Review production variances (e.g. Inventory adjustment and Inventory revaluation)
  • Provide guidance to the team including goal setting, individual performance plan coaching, and mentoring
  • Monitoring and providing guidance to operations on key metrics (e.g. CPH, Utilization, NITO)
  • Review Balance Sheet flux on inventory and production variances
  • Ensuring compliance with RTX and Collins financial policies
  • Collaborate with leaders and to our sister sites on Costing issues and help resolve this
  • Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
  • Other reporting duties as needed
