OVERVIEWMission Critical Partners has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our Justice & Technology Management team. The successful candidate will be a proven Court Technologies Subject Matter Expert and will be responsible for providing management in the assessment, specification, design, acquisition, and implementation of Justice technology solutions. The Justice technology solutions include: - Court applications: - Case and records management - E-Filing - Online Dispute Resolution - Jury Management - Evidence Management - Other court applications - Prosecution and Defense applications - Supervision applications - Law Enforcement applications - Records Management - Field Reporting - Other law enforcement applications - Integration Justice Information Systems

LOCATIONRemote, United States with approximately 35% travel expected to client locations**

EXPECTATIONS - Provide leadership and coordinate work activity to diverse project teams and client staff to achieve project goals - Develop and maintain client relationships. Work closely with all clients in the implementation and coordination of automated systems - Prepare technical reports, present findings, and options to clients, conduct formal presentations of deliverables; write detailed project scope statements (PSS) and work breakdown schedules (WBS). Support negotiation with clients to adjust and amend the scope of services, procurement, and budgets - Perform onsite surveys of existing systems and organizations with an emphasis on data-gathering and potential system improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiencies - Coordinate with our business development staff to develop ongoing programs and proposal statements of work for additional services - Other responsibilities assigned by management

BASIC REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS - Bachelor’s in criminal justice or information technology-related disciplines preferred - 10 years of successful and documented work experience in the assessment, design, and implementation of court technology implementation systems - Successful and documented work experience in the assessment, design, and implementation of public safety mission-critical systems; project management experience with proven problem-solving capabilities and experience that includes budgetary responsibilities - Successful track record with justice, public safety, or other government operations and program administration of both IT projects and multi-jurisdictional programs including state, regional, county, municipal, and tribal governments and voluntary boards - Court operation knowledge, Court Administrator, Implementation of court CMS​​​​​​ - Expected travel is 35% of the time. Must have a valid driver’s license

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - Proven knowledge of federal, state, and local agency activities related to Public Safety technology standards and solutions - Experience with court technology implementation and applications - Demonstrable commitment to the industry through participation in national forums, standards, and policy-setting bodies
