Primary Responsibilities:
• Performs basic to advanced modeling and drafting based on company standards under supervision of
a leader;
• Designs and analyses interior system and components in cooperation with system engineers;
• Performs system safety analysis, including hazard assessment and fault stress analysis;
• Collaborates with other Engineering groups, Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain;
• Manages and meets cost and product weight targets.
• Participates in the validation of the product using different engineering methods
* Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting od observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
Qualifications:
• Engineering graduate, preferably Mechanical or Electrical;
• Preferably with at least 1 year of involvement in a design organization producing component level
design and Research and Development;
• Experience in any of these design software applications: CAD/CATIA V5/NX or other complex CAD
software applications;
• Knowledge of using NX is an advantage
•Must be at least a year in current level / post
•Should not be under a Performance Improvement Plan
•Should not have received any disciplinary action for one year

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
