- Lead and manage team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Provide guidance and support throughout assessment item development process
- Collaborate with SMEs to review, refine assessment items
- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, deliverables
- Primary point of contact for stakeholders, conduct quality assurance checks
