Job description

Your mission:
  • You perform remote and on-site commissioning of monitoring and control solutions for large photovoltaic power plants
  • You carry out measurements, fault analysis and troubleshooting in case of issues on monitoring and control systems
  • You provide technical assistance to customers by phone and e-mail
  • You ensure comprehensive and traceable documentation for all performed activities and communication with the customers
  • You organise training courses with customers and support them in setting up the specific plant data in our online portal
  • You use internal tools and are familiar with various norms and standards of the market
  • You work closely with your colleagues from the EU South team for the commissioning and technical support activities and you support the project engineering when needed
Your profile:
  • You have completed a degree in electrical / electronic engineering or similar and you have experience in renewable energies
  • Ideally, you are already familiar with measurement, control and communication technologies used in photovoltaic and BESS systems.
  • You can read wiring diagrams and you have a good knowledge of IT networking
  • You have experience in troubleshooting electrical / communication systems
  • You work in a problem-solving and customer-oriented manner, you like to take responsibility for your area of responsibility, and you feel comfortable in a project-oriented environment
  • You are fluent in Italian and English
