The Role:

The customer service role at Betsson Group involves assisting Swedish and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone. Customer service agents are responsible for translating promotional texts and surveys and managing customer accounts while following responsible gaming practices. Responsibilities:
  • Assist Swedish and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve the best customer satisfaction and other KPIs
  • Translate promotional texts and customer surveys into your local language
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Follow company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Background in customer service (face-to-face, online, or via phone calls)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Additional language skills are considered a plus
  • Comfortable working night shifts
