Our team is looking for the Lead DevOps Engineer to join a fintech startup enabling and increasing financial inclusion in emerging markets through technology.

Responsibilities: 

• implementation, configuration and support  (Infrastructure as code);
• implementation and configuration of a warning system and taking measures in case of failures/incidents;
• implementation, configuration and support of independent registration;
• setting up centralized configuration management using tools such as Chef, Puppet or Ansible;
• identifying bottlenecks and optimizing performance (database indexes, Redis), etc.;
• Deployment automation (CI/CD) and other repetitive tasks using Bash/Python or tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, etc.;
• implementation of backups and verification of backups;
• managing permissions, backup and performance in MongoDB, Clickhouse;
• active interaction with the development team;
• implementation of technical innovations and active search for changes in the overall infrastructure.
