Job Title: Key Account Manager
Location: Belgium, Remote
Trimble seeks a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager for our Construction division. The Key Account Manager will be pivotal in nurturing and growing strategic relationships with our Enterprise-market clients like VolkerWessels, Cordeel, Arcadis,etc in the construction sector. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with construction industry clients.
Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and pain points to provide tailored solutions and sell the Trimble Connected Construction workflow
- Strategic Account Planning
Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Trimble's products and services and be able to create a good footprint at the customer organisation with Trimble products
Having knowledge of Trimble's construction technology products and their applications. Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate the value of our construction cloud platform solutions (Viewpoint, Trimble Connect, Stabicad,etc) to clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned accounts to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work towards closing deals.
Looking for adoption and expansion with new clients as well.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings.
Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance Trimble's offerings.
- Reporting and Documentation
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account information in Salesforce. Prepare regular reports on account performance and revenue forecasts.
The Key Account Manager will directly report to the Regional Director of the Benelux.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the construction industry
Strong understanding of technology and software solutions.
Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills in Dutch and English.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
