ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Configuration Manager requiring a Secret Clearance, the candidate should be located in the DC area - however the role is REMOTE. ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense.
As the Senior Configuration Manager you will be collaborating closely with stakeholders at various levels and play a key role in translating technical knowledge into actionable strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals. Your expertise will be crucial in informing decision-making processes, mitigating risks, and driving innovation within the organization. ServiceNow is used to process CRs in support of the Enterprise Change Control Board (ECB). It is also used to process incident tickets in support of the Service Desk. This role will support development of CA requirements and manage process, governance, and operations of the ServiceNow tool.
Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to your field of expertise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate subject matter knowledge into business strategies.
Conduct comprehensive research to stay current on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the knowledge base of internal teams.
Provide expert guidance on complex problem-solving, ensuring effective and efficient solutions.
Communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge repositories for the organization.
Basic Qualifications:
Secret Clearance
10 years of relevant experience working with CC Tools and CC related projects
Hands-on experience with EWM and Jira administration
Preferred Qualifications:
Agile and/or SAFe certifications preferred.
