* Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager the role holder will be responsible for leading, motivating, supervising and developing the Strategic Buying Team by planning and managing the allocation of resources and activities to deliver cost-savings and best-practice

* Ensuring efficient and effective utilisation of the team who are engaged in the procurement of raw material, parts, and/or supplies necessary for operation of the organization in terms of Program, Engineering and Operational execution.

* The team will deliver timely sourcing of parts and work with the Supply Chain Program Managers (SCPMs), Commodity Managers, Enablement team and Tactical Purchasing team to ensure KPI's and procurement strategic objectives are met

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.  Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
