Your Role

At welevel we are currently looking for a talent manager to support our fast growing team

  • You are helping our teams and their leaders to find new quality candidates who fit the criteria of performance excellence and our company culture
  • You are able to source passive candidates in different creative ways
  • You are closing the candidates and keep them in the loop throughout the hiring process
  • You are managing our external partners (sourcing, compensation, HR, systems, operations, etc.)
  • You help building and maintaining our network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
  • You are in close contact with the team and find ways for individual development
Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on full cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in-house at a high-tech or gaming company
  • Comfortable connecting with, and presenting to people of all levels
  • Solid multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Able to work autonomously and with discretion
  • Easily manage through ambiguity, shifting between priorities and projects seamlessly
  • Comfortable leveraging data to influence hiring at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and navigate internal and external audiences in english 
  • You are a team player and ideally based in Munich or willing to move to Munich after a prediscussed amount of time
