Hardware & Integration Expert

As our Hardware & Integration Expert, you will investigate & execute all technical (hardware/network/integration) requests from our customers, working closely with the team of Implementation Consultants, Support Team, and Product Team to escalate issues and improve our product.

Your responsibilities:

• You are responsible for for all Access Control System & Weighing System integrations, documentation & 3rd line support during rollout
• You will also take the lead in all product offerings related to hardware, including research, design, documentation and rollout. Some examples are dock sensors, event alerter, ANPR,...
• You will be the API/Integrations specialist within the company. You assist the implementation team with integration questions (joint workshops with customers).
• You are the IT infrastructure & Hardware installations escalation contact:
• In-depth explanation of the Peripass Architecture & Requirements (hardware/network) 
• Answering security questionnaires from Customer Success Managers. 
• Tackle issues with hardware installations 
• Acting as the 3rd line support for all hardware/integrations-related issues
