Strategic Business Development Manager - Waste Management

The Role of Strategic Business Development Manager

  • This is a home / field based Business Development role.
  • You will be responsible for strategically identifying and winning high value multi-site contracts targeting hospitality, logistics, utilities companies & manufacturing.
  • The Business Development Manager will target sales order values of between £250k -£1M.
  • You will be tasked with building partnerships with Sustainability Managers, Procurement, Environmental Managers and up to C-Level decision makers developing account plans for the short, medium and long term.
  • As Business Development Manager you will look to cross-sell, up-sell other services into the business to maximise incremental growth opportunities.
  • You will be supported by a wider Account Management & Business Development Team, Bid Writing and Supply Chain Team.

The Package on offer for the Strategic Business Development Manager role

  • £45,000 - £55,000 basic DOE
  • Company bonus structure 20%
  • Car allowance or company car (hybrid)
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
