Als Payroll Spezialist (d/f/m) löst du komplexe Anfragen unserer KundInnen und begleitest den gesamten Prozess von der Spezifikation bis zur Qualitätssicherung. Dein Erfolg? Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
  • Kundenzufriedenheit: Du bist für die Zufriedenheit unserer DACH Personio-KundInnen verantwortlich, indem Du einen erstklassigen Software- und Gehaltsabrechnungs-Support bietest, hauptsächlich telefonisch und per E-Mail
  • Kundenbeziehung: Du baust eine solide Beziehung zu unseren KundInnen auf, lernst ihre spezifischen Bedürfnisse kennen, und löst gehaltsabrechnungsbezogene Anfragen und Probleme
  • Payroll-Expertise: Du fungierst als AnsprechpartnerIn für unsere KundInnen (z. B. zu allgemeinen Gehaltsabrechnungsangelegenheiten, möglichen Herausforderungen, Dateninkonsistenzen und bietest Best Practices zur Lösung)
  • Interne Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest mit unseren Produktteams zusammen, um technische Herausforderungen und komplexe Gehaltsabrechnungsfragen für unsere KundInnen zu lösen, identifizierst aktiv Verbesserungspotenziale für alle internen Gehaltsabrechnungs-Supportprozesse und unser Gehaltsabrechnungsangebot und kommunizierst diese
  • Training & Coaching: Du coachst Junior-Teammitglieder in Gehaltsabrechnung und Kundenmanagement und erweiterst kontinuierlich Deine Expertise in Personio durch unsere interne Akademie
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der End-to-End-Lohnabrechnung (mit Schwerpunkt auf Deutschland, Erfahrung in anderen EU/EEA/CH-Ländern von Vorteil)
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, mit sehr guten Deutsch- und guten Englischkenntnissen 
  • Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung in der Kundenkommunikation mit
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und hast ein ausgeprägtes Einfühlungsvermögen, um auf die Bedürfnisse und Anliegen unserer KundInnen einzugehen
  • Du legst großen Wert auf Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit deiner Arbeit
