Your missions

The Desk Monitoring Engineer for our high-critical system plays a crucial role in ensuring the stability and performance of our mission-critical infrastructure. This role requires a meticulous individual with a keen eye for detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing abnormalities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Implementing monitoring solutions for real-time metrics.
Developing alerting systems to identify and respond to issues.
Continuously monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to identify anomalies or deviations from established baselines.
Analyze and diagnose root causes of abnormal behavior, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand the impact on operations.
Documenting shiny new procedures, troubleshooting scenarios and workarounds.
Act as the first point of contact for incidents and escalate appropriately based on severity levels and established protocols.
Collaborate with relevant teams, including development, operations, and network, to resolve incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
