Position: Scrum Master Intern

Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with the development team to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of sprint goals.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
Help identify and remove impediments to the team's progress.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Strong interest in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of software development processes is a plus
Must have stable internet and laptop
