Currently, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. Our HQ is in San Francisco, but this position can be remote from anywhere in North America.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify, cultivate, and close new business, including:
    • Generating leads across a variety of industries by experimenting with various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and online research
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand and address their needs
    • Managing the entire business development cycle from initial prospecting to deal closure
  • Guide our company’s efforts to refine our growth strategy and help us scale Fluxon sustainably while building a strong culture of openness, continuous learning and operational efficiency
  • Manage a healthy and growing book of business opportunities
Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience in a sales/business development role, preferably with experience selling to founders or tech leaders at large, enterprise companies
  • Experience across the full business development lifecycle, including capture, solutioning, proposal development, etc
  • Track record of successfully navigating complex technology solution sales and building relationships with key decision makers
  • Passionate about growing the Fluxon brand and partnering with world-leading brands and high-growth startups to help them build world-class software products

The total compensation for this role is between $150,000 to $250,000+, and we consider your skills and experience and what similar roles pay at companies similar to us when determining your offer
