Job Responsibilities
Required to design/develop pixel to pixel webpages.
Team Management
Manage Small team (Size of 2)
Organize the Task for team, Code review
Help team for any blockers.
Should be able to plan, build and maintain the structure of a website, using creativity and technical knowledge.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
Think Modular, and make code maintainable.
Understand the target audience and the concept for the website design/development project.
Basic Knowledge of web architecture and next generation web technologies.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into projects when applicable.
Strong programming basics, with clear understanding of Functional programming (Core concepts of React).
Good understanding in software development process, test driven development.
Good to have understanding about version control systems like git, svn.
Good understanding about Micro Front end architecture.
Handle Large size of data and complex data structure to manage UI.
Performance, Optimization of bundle, Focus on re-usability.
Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues to optimize the performance of applications.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Qualification
Must graduate from a reputed college and have a CS, IT educational background.
Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with 7+ years of hands-on development using React or equivalent libraries.
Creative mindset ability to visualize and design attractive interfaces and web pages based on principles of design and usability.
Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and React.
Must have experience with Webpack.
Good to have experience in building react component library
Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS
Good interpersonal skills.
Understanding of key design principles.
Good problem-solving skills
Good to have - , react custom component development.
