Luxe Talent, an International recruitment company specialized in luxury and retail sector, is looking for a GERMAN SPEAKING Recruitment Consultant Fashion & Luxury to join the team, working remotely .

We work with some of the most reknown and prestigious Luxury and High Premium Fashion brands across Europe.

We are looking for a GERMAN SPEAKING Recruitment Consultant WORKING REMOTELY, with the following responsibilities:**

  • Handle all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, source analysis, CV screening, candidate’s interviews, check references
  • Follow up and coordinate with Internal Clients
  • Build network to develop a pool of qualified passive candidates in advance of need
  • Execute pre-screening, phone/face-to-face and Skype interviews
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Post positions to appropriate sources, research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting
  • Administer recruiting database and record keeping
  • Produce and analyse recruiting reports and market mapping
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships
  • Be an ambassador of Luxe Talent

Requirements:

  • Native or equivalent GERMAN SPEAKER
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (minimum 1 years)
  • Proven experience with active sourcing in the DACH Market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be flexible and able to cope with changes and a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Autonomous, independent, responsible.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish will be considered a strong plus.
  • Passion for Luxury and fashion is a must have
