Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Development Resource with a 8+ of
hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 CRM platform,
encompassing customization, configuration, and integration aspects. Proficiency in Power Automate and Power
Platform development is essential for this role. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality
solutions that align with business requirements, ensuring optimal performance, and leveraging the full capabilities
of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
1. Dynamics 365 CRM Development:
  - Design, develop, test, and implement customizations and configurations within the Dynamics 365 CRM
platform.
  - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical
solutions.
 
2. Power Automate Development:
  - Develop and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and
enhance productivity.
  - Integrate Power Automate workflows seamlessly with Dynamics 365 CRM and other relevant systems.
 
3. Power Platform Development:
  - Utilize Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents to extend Dynamics 365
CRM functionality.
  - Develop custom applications and dashboards to meet specific business needs.
 
4. Customization and Configuration:
  - Customize entities, forms, views, and business processes within Dynamics 365 CRM to align with organizational
requirements.
  - Implement and maintain security roles, profiles, and access controls.
 
5. Integration:
  - Design and implement data integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other business applications using
standard connectors and custom APIs.
  - Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
 
6. Troubleshooting and Optimization:
  - Identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and system errors.
  - Optimize system performance and responsiveness through regular monitoring and proactive maintenance.
 
7. Documentation:
  - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all customizations, configurations, and
integrations.
  - Provide training and support documentation for end-users.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
 
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years (preferably 8+) of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
- In-depth knowledge of Power Automate and Power Platform development.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data modeling, and customization capabilities.

- Proficient in JavaScript, C#, and other relevant programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform are highly desirable.
