Role and Responsibilities:

  • We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Callidus Compensation Consultant who will be responsible for various tasks including:
  • - Handling service management cases and resolution
  • - Working with Sales and Finance domain
  • - Managing sales compensation processes
  • - Utilizing products like Oracle Incentive Compensation and SAP Callidus
  • - Proficiency in SQL
  • - Utilizing SAP Business Objects reports
  • - Leading a team of 2-4 people and conducting service reviews with client management
  • - Gathering functional requirements from stakeholders
  • - Documenting existing processes and creating mock-ups of future systems
  • - Refining user stories and acceptance criteria
  • - Conducting business acceptance test cases

Candidate Qualifications:

  • To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
  • - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Management
  • - 4-6 years of relevant experience

Required Skills:

  • - Experience in service management and case handling
  • - Good knowledge of Sales and Finance domain
