We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Developer Trainer (Consultant) to join our team for an exciting new project we have gearing up with our new clients, SEEL Inc. As a Microsoft Dynamics Developer Trainer (Consultant), you will play a key role in equipping our development team with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics technologies. This role involves creating and delivering comprehensive training programs, facilitating hands-on workshops, and ensuring that our developers are proficient in leveraging Microsoft Dynamics platforms to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for Microsoft Dynamics developers, covering various aspects of development, customization, and integration.
• Design and create engaging training materials, including presentations, documentation, and hands-on exercises.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics technologies and incorporate relevant content into training programs.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand specific project requirements and tailor training sessions accordingly.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to developers, assisting them in resolving challenges and improving their skills.
• Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate them into training methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer, with a deep understanding of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related technologies.
• Previous experience in training and development, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics development and training are a plus.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Availability to conduct training sessions during flexible hours to accommodate participants' schedules.
