Performance Marketing Manager
We're looking for a talented and motivated Performance Marketing Manager to be the driving force behind the company's journey to becoming a $1 million company within the next year.

Your main responsibilities as the Performance Marketing Manager, is to play a pivotal role in establishing structured processes and standards in the companys marketing approach, while bringing order and strategic clarity to the campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Well-versed in modern marketing techniques, including social media, content and product seeding strategies
- Cross-channel experience Facebook, TikTok, and others
- Stay up to date with current and viral content trends
- Skilled in testing (micro-level and general testing)
- Expert in attribution models, along with the ability to identify the limitations of 1st party attribution on various platforms and supplement them with 3rd party solutions
- Creative Collaboration: ability to synthesize marketing angles, create briefs and effectively manage deliverables
- Resourceful Self-Starter, strategic thinker, and someone who thrives on self-motivation.
- Able to navigate obstacles independently and get things done.
- Direct brand experience is a plus
- Experience in eCommerce (Consumer Packaged Goods preferable)
This is a full-time position, remote.
Salary range: $90k/year + benefits
