We have partnered with Deloitte and are looking for a dynamic senior level Change and Communications Support Specialist to join our team.  


The Change and Communications Support Specialist will play a crucial role in refining and managing our communications plan, providing expert advice and support for HR communication needs. This role involves developing impactful communication materials and maintaining branding templates to ensure consistency and impact across various channels. 

Requirements

 -Refine and Manage Communications Plan: 

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to refine and manage the communications plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. 
  • Continuously assess and enhance communication strategies to adapt to evolving needs.

-Expert Advice and Support: 

  • Provide expert advice and support for HR communication needs, offering guidance on effective communication strategies during organizational changes and initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with HR teams to address communication challenges and ensure a cohesive approach. 

-Communication Materials Development: 

  • Develop impactful communication materials, including email communications, presentation packs, infographics, and distribution toolkits. 
  • Ensure that communication materials are tailored to different audiences and effectively convey key messages. 

-Branding Template Maintenance: 

  • Refresh and maintain communication branding templates to uphold consistency and impact across various communication channels. 
  • Collaborate with design and branding teams to ensure templates align with organizational branding guidelines. 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in change and communications support roles, preferably in HR settings. 
  • Strong expertise in developing a variety of communication materials, including presentations, emails, and infographics. 
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills. 
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and software. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Creativity and innovation in developing impactful communication materials. 
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency. 
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
