We have currently partnered up with Deloitte and are currently looking for a Senior Recruiting and Selection Analyst to join our team. 


The Senior Recruiting and Selection Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting recruitment initiatives, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring process. The individual will be responsible for various aspects of the hiring lifecycle, from posting job vacancies to maintaining candidate information and contributing to informed hiring decisions. 

Requirements

-Recruitment Support: 

  • Contribute to the development and execution of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition strategies. 
  • Assist in creating a robust and effective hiring lifecycle by actively participating in various recruitment activities. 

-Job Posting and Candidate Attraction: 

  • Post job vacancies on relevant platforms to attract a diverse and qualified pool of candidates. 
  • Implement strategies to enhance the visibility of job opportunities and attract top talent. 

-Candidate Validation: 

  • Conduct thorough validations of candidates against minimum qualifications and position requirements. 
  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding of candidate suitability through effective screening processes. 

-Documentation and Preparation: 

  • Compile comprehensive ARP (Applicant Review Panel) and Interview Packets to facilitate a structured evaluation process. 
  • Prepare 'Decision to Hire' packets, providing key information to support informed and effective hiring decisions. 

-Applicant Tracking and Data Management: 

  • Utilize applicant tracking solutions, such as Taleo, to capture and maintain accurate candidate information. 
  • Ensure the timely and accurate input of data to facilitate effective recruitment reporting. 

-Transaction and Reporting: 

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate data on hiring transactions and candidate status. 
  • Generate reports as needed, providing insights into recruitment metrics and trends. 

-Autonomous Work and Collaboration: 

  • Operate independently, effectively managing workload and task assignments. 
  • Proactively collaborate within the team setting, taking on work share responsibilities to ensure successful completion of assignments. 


Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles. 
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly Taleo. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
