We have partnered with Deloitte and are looking for a Senior Taleo Developer to join our team and play a key role in advancing our HR Technology initiatives.  


As a Senior Taleo Developer, you will be responsible for customizing Taleo functionality according to specified requirements, executing comprehensive testing, and actively participating in Change & Communications initiatives related to Taleo. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting the Change & Communications plan for Taleo, while also creating and delivering effective training programs. 

Requirements

Customization of Taleo Functionality: 

  • Develop and customize Taleo functionality to meet specific organizational and user requirements. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customization needs and implement tailored solutions within the Taleo system. 

Comprehensive Testing: 

  • Execute thorough testing of Taleo's functionality to ensure quality and identify any potential issues. 
  • Work closely with quality assurance teams to address and resolve any defects or discrepancies. 

Change & Communications Planning: 

  • Collaborate with the cross-program Change & Communications team to create and maintain the Change & Communications plan for Taleo. 
  • Ensure alignment of Taleo development activities with broader organizational change initiatives. 

Design and Implementation of Artifacts: 

  • Design and implement Change & Communication artifacts specific to Taleo, such as user guides, FAQs, and training materials. 
  • Assist in the seamless roll-out of these artifacts to end-users and stakeholders. 

Taleo Training Programs: 

  • Develop and construct Taleo training programs based on identified needs and system changes. 
  • Ensure that training programs are effective, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals. 

Organize and Conduct Training Sessions: 

  • Organize and lead Taleo training sessions for end-users, ensuring participants acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize Taleo effectively. 
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve training materials and delivery methods. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 
  • Proven experience as a Taleo Developer, with a strong understanding of Taleo's customization capabilities. 
  • Experience in testing Taleo functionality and resolving issues in collaboration with quality assurance teams. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience in Change & Communications planning and execution. 
  • Previous involvement in the design and implementation of training programs. 
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems in addition to Taleo.
