The Web Platform Stack team is responsible for creating services and resources that accelerate front end teams delivering. Our projects include common components, backend tools for front end teams and core CSS for all of the organization.

Responsibilities:

·         Collaborating with and providing technical leadership to a scrum team of developers responsible for designing and shaping services and resources for companies e-commerce experiences.

·         Development of services and frameworks that improve presentation, reliability, maintainability, and performance for company.

·         Lead by example in delivering critical solutions from concept to production and be an advocate of emerging technologies and development techniques to address current and future consumer needs.

·         Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

·         Presenting complex ideas, anticipating potential objections, and persuading others to consider your point of view are skills at excel.

Requirements

Qualifications:

·         5-6 years of technical experience.

·         Have strong skills in team leadership and building positive relationships across Product and Engineering teams.

·         Have prior experience in designing and implementing highly scalable web applications.

·         Have experience working full stack.

·         You value empathy.

·         You thrive on collaboration and in a communal environment.

·         You are an excellent communicator.
