Responsibilities:

Must have 15+ years of experience in GxP validation testing on pharmaceutical domain both manual and automation testing on onsite/offshore deliverable model handling with multiple applications
Experience in test effort estimation & resources planning across all the projects. Responsible for demand/capacity planning, resource management, stakeholder management
Experience in writing/enhancing of Test Plan, Test Strategy defining of in scope , out scope , testing approach , project milestone , Risks and mitigation etc
As an onsite Test Lead managing of offshore testing team on entire validation testing life cycle on test planning, est cases design, test execution and defect management activities
Experience in different kinds of tests such as functionality, positive, negative, smoke, integration, user acceptance, performance, regression, load, security, installation etc.
Self-Motivated in handling the work assigned and in adherence with SLA deliverables and meeting deadlines
Comfortable working with teams and dealing with customers
Experience in Client Client ALM or Code Beamer
Experience in onsite/offshore delivery model
Nonfunctional testing

Requirements:

To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client orteam to understand functional or design specifications ,highlight performance concerns, inconsistencies ,prepare automated test scripts, maintain test case suite, ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place or kept upto date.
To create reusable or scalable test automation framework, develop test strategies or plans, maintain test data and to submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
To develop and continuously improve automated tests as new system features or enhancements are developed and accordingly create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
To develop or guide and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework , enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. "
Mandatory - Pharma Validation testing/ Automation testing/Client ALM / CodeBeamer/ ALM/ JIRA/ GxP.
Pharma Validation testing experience and can able to handle the multiple applications ALM, cB and Jira.
