Marketing at TRACTIAN**

The Marketing team tells the Tractian story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our reimagined products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our marketers—across Brand, Video, Content, and Performance—are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business. We’re a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, BD, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential. **

What You'll Do**

As a Creative Designer, you will be at the forefront of transforming complex concepts into visually compelling and performance campaigns. Leveraging your technical expertise in design tools and methodologies, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft innovative and cohesive designs that resonate with our target audience. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the visual identity of our brand and ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across various platforms. **

Responsibilities**

Conceptualize and create visually striking designs for digital media, including ads, short video motion, landing pages, websites, social media content, and more, focus on lead acquisition.

Solid experience in design execution for B2B campaigns.

Experience with elaboration of campaign developments in different formats.

Strong inter-time collaboration skills, especially with sales and marketing areas.

Ensure consistency in visual branding and design elements, adhering to established style guides and design principles.

Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from team members, users, and stakeholders, aiming for continuous improvement.

Stay updated with growth marketing demands.

Create and optimize graphics, icons, and other visual elements for various digital platforms and screen sizes.

Maintain organized design files, assets, and documentation for easy accessibility and version control.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and deliverables. **

Requirements**

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Proven experience as a Creative Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums.

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.).

Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Experience with performance design methodologies and the ability to create designs that align with user needs and behavior.

Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box to solve design challenges.

Familiarity with responsive and mobile design considerations for various platforms.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines. **

Bonus Points**

Experience with animation and motion graphics using tools like Adobe After Effects.

Understanding of branding and visual identity design.

Participation in design competitions, conferences, or workshops.

Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software. **
