Job Title: Pega Lead Decisioning Architect**

Job Description

This role is focused on guiding and leading a team in the design and implementation of marketing and decisioning solutions, particularly utilizing Pega's tools and capabilities. **

Solution Design Authority**

• Takes the lead in designing solutions.
• Guides the team through the development process.
• Manages show/tell sessions, which likely involve demonstrating progress or completed work to stakeholders.
• Facilitates co-production, indicating collaboration and teamwork.

Agile Support

• Supports the Agile team in crafting effective User Stories for marketing and decisioning solutions.
• Provides expertise in the Agile methodology, ensuring that the development process aligns with Agile principles.

Decision Strategy Framework

• Establishes a best practices omnichannel decision strategy framework design.
• Utilizes Next-Best-Action Designer, suggesting a focus on personalized and context-aware decision-making.

Analytics And External Model Usage

• Offers expert advice and support for Pega's analytics capabilities.
• Guides the team in incorporating external models into the solution.

Success Reporting And KPIs

• Provides expert advice on defining and measuring success.
• Defines Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of the implemented solutions.

Testing And Phases

• Takes the lead in the Unit Test phase.
• Acts as an advisor for subsequent phases such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Agile Marketing And BAU Best Practices

• Provides expertise and guidance on Agile Marketing practices.
• Offers advice on Business as Usual (BAU) best practices for business-led change.
• Involves business simulation, indicating a proactive approach to preparing for and adapting to changes.
