People & Culture Business Partner **

As a People and Culture Business Partner to our Sales & Marketing Teams, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our people strategy. You will collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing leaders and employees across the organization using a consultative approach to drive initiatives that enhance our workplace culture, support talent development, and ensure employee engagement and satisfaction.

How you’ll make a huge impact here - and in your career:**

  • Strategic Partnering: Consult and collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges and provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Talent Management: In collaboration with Talent Acquisition, support recruitment efforts, partner with leaders to develop strategies for talent retention, succession planning and career growth opportunities.
  • Organizational Change Management: Guide and support business change initiatives through effective planning, communication strategies and roll out to improve outcomes, impact and adoption of change.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution, in support of a positive and productive work environment focused on strengthening organizational health.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance review processes, coaching managers on performance feedback, and facilitating the goal setting and professional development planning process.
  • Culture and Engagement: Monitor the ‘pulse’ of company culture, support initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement surveys, and recognition programs.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, collaborate on content creation, participate in and support development programs initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and analytics to drive decision-making and provide insights on people trends and areas for improvement.

Skills and qualifications, you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience working in a client focused Business Partner role
  • Experience working directly with IT Sales Teams strongly preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to adapt to a variety of styles and preferences
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization
  • Solid business acumen and ability to assimilate industry and business dynamics in solutions
  • Proven track record of driving cultural change, organizational effectiveness, and OCM initiatives
  • Exceptional customer service with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness
  • Appreciation for collaboration and diversity of thought; solid problem solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian Employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CPHR) is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/French) would be an asset
