Marketing at TRACTIAN**

The Marketing team tells the Tractian story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our reimagined products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our marketers — across Brand, Video, Content, and Performance — are responsible for acquiring new customers, representing the company’s goals, and deeply understanding the business. We’re a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, BD, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential. **

What You'll Do**

As a Social Media & Content Specialist, your focus will be on leading our digital presence through innovative social media strategies, content creation, and engagement with online communities. You will analyze data to refine these strategies, collaborate with the sales team for cohesive messaging, and bring new ideas for the department's growth **

Responsibilities**

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts.

Manage all the social media channels

Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).

Monitor, engage with, and respond to online communities, fostering lead generation and sales.

Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts.

Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies as necessary.

Collaborate with the sales team to monitor their positioning and messaging.

Contribute to the development and growth of the department, bringing in new ideas and strategies. **

Requirements**

Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.

Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.

Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools.

Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.

Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability. **

Bonus Points**

Expertise in advanced graphic design/video software (like Adobe Creative Suite).

Background in public relations or brand management.

Experience with A/B testing and digital campaign optimization. **
