This is a remote position.

We are looking for our professional team in Colombia, Support analyst.

Technical skills/experience required:
  • 2 years of experience in helpdesk, in the position of support level I and II.
  • Advanced English level
  • Analysis of incidents or reported cases
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL Server and Oracle)
  • Administration of office tools
  • Administration of platforms and management of ANS
  • PLUS: Experience in application support with .NET
