Technical skills/experience required:
- 2 years of experience in helpdesk, in the position of support level I and II.
- Advanced English level
- Analysis of incidents or reported cases
- Knowledge of databases (SQL Server and Oracle)
- Administration of office tools
- Administration of platforms and management of ANS
- PLUS: Experience in application support with .NET
