Job Title: Junior Recruiter (Night Shift)
Location: Madhapur (Remote OKAY)


Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Junior Recruiter to join our remote team during night shifts (8 PM to 4 AM IST). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of IT, exceptional sales skills, and proven experience in sourcing resumes through social media platforms. Our recruitment process does not rely on traditional job portals, so proficiency in social media sourcing is a must. If you are tech-savvy, have excellent typing skills, and are eager to contribute to a growing organization, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Recruitment:
   - Utilize social media platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.
   - Conduct thorough candidate searches to build a pipeline of qualified individuals.
   - Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships through effective communication.

2. Sales and Negotiation:
   - Leverage strong sales skills to effectively pitch job opportunities to potential candidates.
   - Negotiate terms and conditions with candidates to ensure a successful placement.

3. IT Knowledge:
   - Demonstrate a solid understanding of the IT industry and technology trends.
   - Stay updated on relevant market changes to better match candidates with client requirements.

4. Remote Collaboration:
   - Effectively collaborate with remote team members and hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
   - Communicate consistently and transparently with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

5. Social Media Sourcing:
   - Employ innovative strategies to source candidates through various social media channels.
   - Stay abreast of emerging trends in social media recruiting and incorporate them into sourcing efforts.

6. Administrative Tasks:
   - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
   - Ensure timely documentation and reporting of recruitment activities.



Requirements
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting or sourcing roles, with a focus on IT positions.
- Strong sales skills and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of IT concepts.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Work Environment:
This is a fully remote position requiring the candidate to work during night shifts from 8 PM to 4 AM IST.
