Job description

This is a remote position.

CME is actively seeking a dynamic Technical Account Manager to join our team, taking charge of customer relationships, overseeing project management, and contributing to the growth of our engineering team. As a Technical Account Manager at CME, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, providing strategic insights, and fostering a collaborative environment for our engineering projects. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Addressing customer requests promptly and effectively, resolving any issues that may arise. 
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key customers to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty. 
  • Striving for excellence in customer experience through proactive engagement and support. 
  • Managing customer expectations and guiding them towards satisfaction with our solutions. 
  • Understanding customers' needs and proposing timely and effective solutions. 
  • Contributing to strategic technical decisions and providing valuable input to enhance customer outcomes. 
  • Conducting regular review meetings with customers, addressing concerns, and reporting back to internal teams. 
  • Identifying opportunities to modify or upgrade solutions to better meet customers' evolving needs. 
  • Serving as a liaison between clients and the organization, ensuring timely resolution of client escalations. 
  • Addressing product-related questions and technical challenges with professionalism and expertise. 
  • Leading talent acquisition efforts for the engineering team and creating personalized development programs. 
  • Assisting the internal team in overcoming challenges, delivering quality solutions, and achieving goals. 
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of work and evaluating engineers' performance.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, CCE, Computer Science, or a related field from a reputable university. 
  • Previous experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects. 
  • Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams. 
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies. 
  • A collaborative team player with excellent time-management skills. 
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills, coupled with quick problem-solving abilities. 
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a friendly attitude. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Proficient in English-speaking skills.
