Registered Dietitian - 50% Remote

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian for 24 hrs/week in the area for an 8 week hybrid assignment (50% remote)!

Schedule: Two 6hr shifts onsite and 12 hrs remote work each week.

*Onsite hours to be completed Monday-Friday during normal business hours.

Compensation: $35.00-$40.00/hour DOE.

Travel Compensation: $35.00-$40.00/hour

At least 1 year of clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate nutritional care of residents and patients by completing nutritional assessments
  
• Participate in care planning meetings as required
  
• Provide medical nutrition therapy for wound healing, weight management, etc.
  
• Experience working with tube feedings
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate resident care
  
• Provide nutritional counseling and education for residents and family
  
• Meet DOH/state/federal regulations and company standards
  
• Perform duties independently without training or direction
  

Requirements: Candidates must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration

• Experience providing general nutrition education (IE weight loss, weight gain)
  
• Strong oral and written communication skills
  
• Experience with electronic charting systems
