Summary:
The SAP Support Analyst - Operations will be responsible for assisting the Operations Team with the management
of operations data in SAP including problem analysis, solution implementation and continuous reporting for our
operations. This role will also be responsible for managing SAP incidents, be the first line of support for the user
community, and work with the other members of the SAP team to understand the gaps in the current SAP
processes and recommend and implement the necessary improvements.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:
• Provide end user support to correct issues, run reports, and identify and correct errors before
impacting customer deliveries
• Provides system and process assistance for day-to-day operations
• Identify, recommend, and assist in the implementation of continuous improvement activities

• Participates in the development and implementation of SD, MM, PP, WM and other multi-
module projects

• Maintains and supports implemented SAP modules
• Analyzes business requirements and prepares project documentation including business
processes, workflows, functional analysis and design and technical specification
• Prepares user documentations, training material and provides end-user training
• Manage multiple assignments while concurrently fulfilling on-going application support and
maintenance responsibilities
• Work with internal and external technical resources to implement approved changes
• Backup support for FI, CO, AP, AR, GL
• Collaborate with other analysts to ensure system and procedural changes have minimum impact
on other application areas
• Provide technical support for ongoing system enhancements and improvements and upgrades
• Transfer knowledge to other co-workers including knowledge base documentation and training
• Performs other duties as assigned
Competencies / Skills Requirements:
• Knowledgeable in the interdependencies and integration points between SAP modules
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills are necessary along with ability to work effectively
as part of a team, and independently
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, good communication skills and follow through ability
• Experience with other SAP modules and other SAP products such as SuccessFactors, Business
Warehouse, Business Objects are definite assets

• Experience in the technology, service & solutions ecosystem
• Payment industry knowledge would be a plus
• Experience with other Countries would be a plus
• Autonomous person, can-do attitude, use to deliver on objectives, problem solver
• Responsible and engaged with the company, engaged to promote Ingenico as a customer centric
company
• Collaborative and sharing attitude, open mind, global mindset and respectful
• Strong interest in technology, Innovation, ideally having worked in Innovation & technology

• This position may involve national and international travel, overnight stays and out of hours
working

Required Education / Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in an IT or business-related discipline or an equivalent combination of
education and work experience in IT environment
• Minimum 3 years of proven SAP experience, with very strong knowledge of SD, MM, PP & WM
and broad knowledge of other modules
• Be self-supportive with a high degree of initiative & enthusiasm, requiring minimal supervision
• Demonstrate ability to analyze & present business case requirements, project goals & progress at
a strategic level
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to interact with key stakeholders and team members with tact diplomacy and poise
